DocTranslator.app offers a seamless document translation experience. Follow these steps to translate your documents efficiently:

1. Upload Your Document

  • Navigate to the Translate page.
  • Click the "Upload Document" button.
  • Select the file you want to translate from your device.
  • Supported formats include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.

2. Select Languages

  • Choose the source language of your document.
  • Select the target language for translation.
  • DocTranslator.app supports over 80+ languages, ensuring broad coverage.

3. Use a Glossary (Optional)

  • If you have a specific terminology glossary, select it from the dropdown menu.
  • This ensures consistent translation of industry-specific or brand terms.

4. Choose AI Model

  • By default, DocTranslator.app uses GPT-3.5 Turbo for translations.
  • You can select other AI models based on their specific needs.

5. Start Translation

  • Click the "Start Translate" button to begin the process.
  • Once initiated, you can leave the page or close your browser.
  • The translation will continue in the background.

6. Monitor Progress and Download Results

  • Check the translation progress on the "History" page.
  • You'll receive an email notification when the translation is complete.
  • Download your translated document from the History page or via the email link.
