Balance and Transactions

Stay on top of your translation credits and usage with DocTranslator.app's balance and transaction features. Here's how to access and use these tools:

Accessing

1. Log in to your DocTranslator.app account.
2. Navigate to Balance and Transactions in your dashboard.

Viewing Your Current Balance

At the top of the page, you'll see your current character balance. This represents the number of characters you can translate.

Transaction History

Below your balance, you'll find a detailed transaction history:

1. Each entry includes:

   • Date and time of the transaction
   • Transaction type
   • Number of characters added or deducted
   • Remaining balance after the transaction

2. Filter transactions by type:

   • Registration rewards
   • Translation usage
   • Top-up purchases
   • Referral rewards

Purchasing Additional Characters

To add more characters to your balance:

1. Click the "Purchase" button.
2. Choose from our available packages.
3. Select your preferred payment method.
4. Complete the purchase process.
5. Your new balance will be reflected immediately in your account.
